For most treatments, no special preparation is required. If you are booking a peptide consultation, it helps to arrive with a general sense of your goals and any relevant medical history. For laser treatments, please ensure the area is clean-shaven 24 hours in advance. For nail services, arrive with clean nails. I will send you any specific instructions when I confirm your appointment.

I provide a full demonstration, written guidance, and ongoing WhatsApp support throughout your entire protocol. Most clients feel completely confident after their first successful injection. The needle is extremely fine and the discomfort is genuinely minimal.

It depends entirely on the treatment. A peptide consultation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Non-invasive slimming sessions run 30 to 60 minutes. Nail services range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. I always allocate generous time: you will never feel rushed or like I am waiting for you to leave.

Yes, and many of my clients do. The most popular combinations are a massage or non-invasive slimming session followed by a nail service. When you book, simply mention what you would like to combine and I will arrange a session plan accordingly.

I accept EFT, card payment, and cash. For product orders and treatment packages, I require payment in advance via EFT. For individual sessions, payment is due on the day. I will provide my banking details when you confirm your booking via WhatsApp.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because I do not double-book and hold your time exclusively, late cancellations affect me directly. If something comes up, please WhatsApp me as soon as you know and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

All treatments I offer have well-established safety profiles. I conduct a brief consultation and contraindication check before beginning any new treatment. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active cancer, or certain autoimmune or cardiac conditions may not be suitable for specific treatments: I will always advise you honestly.
